September 6, 2017, Kochi: Muzik247, the prominent music label, has released the new Malayalam short film titled, 'Canvas'. Written and directed by Nishant Pillai, the movie is about a beautiful genuine relationship between a man and a woman. It also throws light into how domestic violence affect kids making them emotionally insecure as they grow up.
Vijay Babu, Anjali Nair and NP Nisa play the main characters in the film. Anoop V Shylaja has handled the cinematography where as the editing is done by Vishnu Venugopal. The short film also features a beautiful song titled "Mazha Kandu Irunnapol Oru Mazhakkalam"composed by Pranavam Madhu to the lyrics of B Janardhanan Pillai. Saritha Rajiv has rendered the track. The background score is set by Amritesh Vijayan and Libin Joseph. Thushara Lalu, Sajith Yussuf, Nandakumar and Praghosh have produced this short film under the banner of Grammam Dot Com Productions.
