"Yes we've lost the series but we'd like to turn things around", Ashwin

It is common knowledge that Ravichandran Ashwin is captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni's 'go-to man' whenever the team is under pressure. By filling in for Dhoni at the match-eve news conference here on Tuesday, the lanky off-spinner showed that he retains the unofficial portfolio off the field, too.

And like his captain often does when in mood, Ashwin did some very straight talking. Discussing Sunday's six-wicket loss, Ashwin admitted that Indian players' body language had not been positive.
"I think we should be honest in admitting the fact that we haven't played very flamboyant cricket and not come out of our shell. But as a whole, the dressing room atmosphere hasn't been anything short of what it has been in the past," Ashwin summed it up nicely.

Pointing out that India have no option but to go for a win in the last ODI, Ashwin said: "Yes we've lost the series but we'd like to turn things around. At this point of time, we are trying to come back in a lost series. We can't throw in the towel or run away from the fact that there is a game to go. We will try to win it."
